Competitive, DOE Experience: Extensive experience in class action, wage & hour, and complex filings A premier plaintiffs’ firm is seeking two Senior Paralegals to join its Class Action & Wage & Hour team. This is an opportunity for highly experienced paralegals with a strong background in complex legal filings, state and federal procedures, and case management.

The ideal candidates must have proven expertise in TOAs, cite checking, and filing procedures across state and federal courts, with a deep understanding of removals, consolidations, sealing, and appeals. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in high-volume, high-stakes environments. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file state and federal court documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Ensure accurate and comprehensive Table of Authorities (TOAs) and cite checking for legal filings Manage complex filings, including removals, consolidations, sealing, and appeals Assist attorneys with case strategy, trial preparation, and settlement processes Maintain compliance with court rules and filing deadlines for state and federal courts Organize and prepare exhibits, trial binders, and case summaries Conduct legal research and document review to support case development Oversee case management, docketing, and tracking of critical deadlines Qualifications: Extensive class action and wage & hour experience Strong expertise in TOAs, cite checking, and complex legal filings In-depth knowledge of state and federal court procedures Demonstrated experience handling removals, consolidations, sealing, and appeals Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in legal research databases and case management software Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program ( Preferred) Perks & Benefits: Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses 4 weeks PTO 14 paid holidays Comprehensive health benefits (BlueShield, Kaiser) 4% 401(k) match to support long-term financial security Home office reimbursements for phone and internet expenses Firm-provided laptop and legal tools to support hybrid work Please add me on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/peter -d%E2%80%99achille-790926192/ Company Description Established in 2003, Liberty Personnel quickly grew into one of the largest technical recruiting agencies on the East Coast.
