Job Description:
This is paraprofessional services work of a technical nature involving the conduct of advanced complex legal investigation, research, and evaluation providing specialized legal support for internal and external Attorneys, Legal Counsel, Legal Administrators, and other legal staff. The duties of this position require advanced legal knowledge and seasoned experience in the research and application of laws and advanced principles, theories, and practices in the primary areas of contracts and administrative law. Responsibilities include serving as the assigned senior paralegal for management and development of complex technical agreements and contracts affecting various department assets and projects. Work is performed under limited supervision.
To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must provide evidence of the following experience:
A Bachelors Degree and three (3) years of paralegal experience in a law firm, court, or legal services agency
