Responsible for the strategy and efficient day to day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on gross profit growth.
Explores opportunities and facilitates campaigns through all available marketing channels (e.g. PPC, SEO, display, email and social media) with particular emphasis on innovative initiatives.
Working closely with Account Managers/Directors to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results. Assisting with the compilation of campaign reports.
A team leader in thought and best practices. Supporting the PPC team in their development and the management team in the direction of the larger office.
Demonstrates measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs. E.g. account turnover and profitability, campaign management, report generation/analysis and overall service.
Formulating campaign strategy, researching keywords & potential marketing channels, analyzing competitors, and testing.
Producing client facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards.
Maintaining an in depth understanding of Jellyfish's marketplace.
Mastering Jellyfish's methodologies, and internal tools, required to deliver efficient and profitable digital marketing campaigns (predominantly through PPC).
Knowledge & Experience Requirements
An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running PPC campaigns (particularly Google analytics and other web analytics packages).
3 years' experience in digital marketing account management; with previous accountability for annual billings in excess of $1m
AdWords Certified in Advanced Search required; Display and Analytics preferred
A good understanding of Google analytics and other web analytics packages
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in e-commerce is required.
