As a Paid Media Senior Manager, you will lead the development and execution of advanced paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will manage high-profile accounts, optimize performance, and ensure successful campaign delivery with minimal oversight. Additionally, you will mentor team members, analyze performance data, and stay updated on the latest industry trends to drive innovative and impactful results for clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
- Independently manage multiple accounts with minimal supervision, ensuring all campaigns meet client KPIs and business goals.
- Regularly communicate with clients about performance and address any concerns that rise.
- Troubleshoot issues using available tools and resources, showing a strong ability to self-solve and learn.
- Analyze data (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and turn insights into actionable strategies to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-performing ads and assets are utilized.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in paid media, applying new knowledge to improve campaign results.
- Run A/B tests and take calculated risks to drive positive results for your clients.
- Manage, mentor, and assist junior team members, providing guidance and oversight of their accounts.
Requirements
You are someone who:
- Can independently own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Takes charge of your accounts with minimal oversight, proactively solving problems and navigating roadblocks.
- Possesses a strong understanding of how creativity influences performance and is able to leverage those insights for maximum impact.
- Constantly stays updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and new tools and techniques to enhance effectiveness.
- Actively seeks opportunities to improve processes and performance for both yourself and the people team at large.
- Adapts quickly to changing circumstances demonstrating flexibility and an open attitude towards new approaches and strategies.
Prior Experience:
- 5+ years of campaign management experience, with strategic expertise on multiple advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Bing, Twitter, Pinterest, Amazon, etc.)
- 18+ months of experience managing and mentoring direct reports
- Experience directly managing monthly budgets of $200k
- Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, ability to flag issues/error and help troubleshoot
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Basecamp
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications a plus
- Experience with Google Merchant center and/or feed management platforms is a plus
