Title: Senior P2P transformation expert
Location: USA, Oregon, Beaverton
Project Duration: 6 Months

Project Description:

SAP S4 Hana implementation project for one of our prestigious clients where Genpact has been requested to provide senior P2P transformation experts

Expert Expectations:

Bring industry best practices to drive standardization for Direct & Indirect P2P through common practices
Develop in depth understanding of current landscape - tools, processes and operating model to create the roadmap for current to interim to future state for global template for P2P processes
Attend program workshops with a cross functional group and understand the linkages of P2P processes with other accounting functions and processes (treasury, SG&A, GL, supply chain accounting etc) to carefully analyze the design implications on P2P processes
Work closely with Shared Services Leader to ensure optimal target operating model design and alignment on shared services roadmap and vision
Recommend best practices for process, policies, Controls and tools to enable best in class future state P2P process within new SAP template
Review the SAP functional design documents to assess and evaluate the capabilities and recommend changes or improvements from a process standpoint
Maintain connectivity with procurement organization to align with their goals and strategies of frictionless procurement

Job Description:

Extensive solutioning, transformation and blueprinting experience in procure to pay
Good understanding of inter-linkages to related functions like R2R, supply chain and treasury as it relates to P2P processes
Experience in shared services set up and target operating model design
Prior experience in SAP and or SAP S4 HANA (Big plus)
Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage client Senior leadership, role will be exposed to interacting with CXO -1 leadership team across multiple value streams
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Knowledge of RPA and other digital solutions
