We currently have an opportunity for the position of a Senior Organization Design & Change Manager position within our Organization Design and HR Strategy function in Atlanta, GA.
In the role this individual will specifically be required to Lead Cross Enterprise Organization Design Initiatives and provide:
An ability to partner with C-Suite and Line of Business Executives on Execution Strategy and Operating Model Design for our most important initiatives.
Thought leadership and executive coaching which leverages SunTrust organization design methodology and tools to ensure consistency in design and execution
Understanding of major organizational trends and industry disrupting technologies and their implications for human capital delivery models. For example in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Agile Delivery and FinTec Partnerships
Counsel and direction on insights and strategies from human data analysis and models
Direction setting for cross human resource teams in practical implementation of operating model and organizational transformations
Value Case definition for future state option analysis based on organizational efficiency and effectiveness metrics
Understand dependencies of organization design/restructuring efforts within a larger business transformation and integration effort and identify/communicate milestones, progress on milestones, and any potential risks/challenges with mitigation strategies.
Workforce Strategy and Planning
Additionally this role will act as a Human Capital Change Management Advisor to:
Partner with C-Suite and Line of Business Executives on Large Scale Human Capital Transformation initiatives
Coach and build out thought leadership that can be leveraged at scale across the business
Advise and build of SunTrust change management frameworks and tools to ensure consistency in teammate experiences during organizational change
Consult with executives on all stages of change management, specifically in development of change management strategies and tactical plans focused on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
Creates and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact teammates. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience
Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and experience influencing with data and analysis
Strategy background with experience in projects that partner with lines of business or human resources (e.g. planning, defining scope, parameters of analysis, data gathering, and cleansing)
Developed solutions and formulation of practical recommendations
Strong expertise and experience performing advanced analytics
Experience working with internal HRIS systems and internal data marts and data warehouses to create databases
Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders, line, and human resources professionals
Internal and/or External Strategic Consulting responsibilities
Understanding of Financial Services Sector preferably with Investment Banking and/or Retail banking background
Merger and Acquisition integration experience
Organization Design or Workforce Planning Data Analysis & Modeling Tool Experience e.g. Visier, QlickView Tableau, Domo or other equivalent
