What You Will Do:

Analyze and clarify functional specifications, write technical specifications, and implement business logic.

Document use cases create physical and logical data models and build deployment plans.

Analyze log files to help debug problems.

Provide ongoing support throughout the SDLC process.

Work with business partners to help deliver leading-edge solutions on On-Premise and cloud-based SaaS applications.

Assess the impact of potential changes and implement solutions to mitigate negative outcomes.

Direct, guide and provide support to junior technical staff.

Partner with project leads to create end-to-end solutions.

Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills:

Oracle Developer with minimum Ten (10) years' experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle ERP Cloud and IaaS/PaaS Cloud applications.

Minimum (10) years of Oracle E-Business Suite Application Development/Implementation experience, which include being the authoritative author for multiple key integrations, customizations and extensions.

Experience with Complex Integrations and Interfaces.

Experience working within an Agile / Scrum or Iterative development environment.

Minimum Seven (7) years of Application Development experience exposed to all phases of development from design through production support.

Exposure to source control software and migration tools.

Basic functional knowledge in Oracle Financial modules is a plus.

Strong understanding of Business Process framework and strong history of implementing solutions

Ability to interact with stakeholders, manage expectations, provide regular updates and conduct requirement definition sessions.

Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile or an iterative methodology.

Years of Experience: 10 or above

Certifications:

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree

Key Responsibilities: * Develop complex database processes with PL/SQL containing batch or ETL functionality; * Develop and enhance an existing Data Mart in an OLAP schema; * Gather requirements and design, develop, test and document solution; * Design logical and physical ERD diagrams, process flow diagrams, or related data processing documentation; * Leverage Oracle 11G/12C features to their fullest on a large-scale multi-terabyte system; * Assist Decision Support team members including DBAs, database developers, requirements analysts, and others, in understanding data and meeting user requirements; * Participate in project work groups with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to understand data specific needs; * Provide production deployment and production support as needed; * Analyze and convert business requirements to technical requirements, followed by designing and implementing the solutions; Required Experience/Skills: * A minimum of ten (10) years experience in software development or related field; * A degree from an accredited College/University in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred; * Able to perform all functional duties independently on high-visibility programs, or mission critical aspects of a given program; * Able to oversee the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job; Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Benefits: Full-time employees (permanent or contract employees who are employed for a term greater than 6 months) are eligible for benefits including time-off benefits, such as vacations and holidays, and insurance and other plan benefits.
