We are hiring for a Product Designer on our Design System User Experience team at the Senior or Lead level. On this team you'll have the opportunity to empower designers & developers in the Salesforce ecosystem to create

beautiful, performant, and accessible product experiences at scale. You'll shape Salesforce's user experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to bring your visions to life. You'll make an impact while solving meaningful problems and creating new design patterns and paradigms.

Experience / Skills required

  • Understanding of design systems as a cross-functional resource with the goal of improving workflow efficiency and collaboration.

  • Ability to step back and see the whole ecosystem and provide solutions that better the entire user flow not only the feature.

  • Identifying and creating design patterns across multiple touch points for designing at scale

  • Strong understanding and execution of visual design

  • Stellar user experience design and information architecture abilities

  • Work on web, mobile and tablet application interfaces.

  • Solve complex interaction problems

  • Lead cross-functional brainstorms, discussions, and design reviews

  • Generate detailed specs of final designs that allow devs to build accurately

  • Able to produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team

  • Expert understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices

  • Expert knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Abstract, InVision, Prototyping tools


  • Evangelize new guidelines and design patterns

  • Thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment

  • Able to successfully manage all aspects of a project from start to finish

  • Must be self-motivated, a good communicator, comfortable following direction, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines

  • Ability to communicate your ideas to a wide variety of key stakeholders

  • Ability to lead and manage large design initiatives

  • Comfortable with new and uncharted territories

  • Work with devs to deliver polished final product

THE ROLE The Platform design team is focused on opportunities that accelerate growth and efficiency in Eventbrite. You will be responsible for working with product, and engineering to scale and continue to develop our Eventbrite design system. As an advocate for consistency, you will partner with other designers across Eventbrite to build efficient, accessible and delightful experiences by communicating best practices and guidelines. You will also be responsible for the payments and transactional systems that manage millions of transactions across Eventbrite's global product. An important part of our value to our organizers is enabling them to easily sell tickets, manage orders, access their funds quickly, and get the reporting that they need to run their businesses.
