We are a market leader in emergency medical care, creating lifesaving tools for lifesaving teams. We design and build complex systems such as multiparameter physiological monitors, automated defibrillators, and technologies to assist with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). What You Will Do
You will direct and participate in test system design activities, including test specification development and maintenance, and test hardware and software design and implementation
You will direct and participate in integration, verification, and acceptance of test systems
You will provide support to life-cycle engineering teams for continuous improvement of product operation and performance
You will provide Design for Testability (DFT) input to product development teams, and analyze test coverage across multiple test technologies (ICT, AOI, X-Ray, Functional)
You will provide Product Line Support (PLS) functions, including yield improvement, process optimization, failure analysis, training, and troubleshooting
You will develop, maintain and execute project schedules
What You Need
What We Would Love that You Have (Preferred)
Experience in developing manufacturing test specifications, including interface requirements, test flow and strategy, measurement accuracy, and acceptance criteria
Experience in developing test sequencer software architecture and modules
Experience in validation of test systems, including validation plans, protocols, and reports
Experience with statistical methods in test (GaugeRR, Capability Analysis, Statistical Process Control)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Experience developing new product test strategies
Experience with medical product verification, qualification, and validation requirements
Experience driving projects to success
Medical device manufacturing experience greatly preferred
Other Things To consider
Fast-paced light industrial manufacturing and office environment, requiring significant (75%+) time using computer, mouse and telephone
Less than 5% Travel
Occasionally lifting of up to 40 lbs
Class III Medical Device, highly regulated environment
