Job Description:

This leader will be responsible for daily functions and performance of multiple departments within a warehouse/distribution operation (e.g.: inbound receiving, order fulfillment, put-away/replenishment, inventory management, customer service, etc.), while developing and mentoring subordinate salaried leaders. In addition to leading the continuous improvement and overall strategic plan and managing the operating budget and key performance indicators for the area, this leader will monitor and support all aspects of safety & regulatory training, payroll, operation inspections and daily observations of Cast (employee) performance. Physical inventory control, customer service, put-away and replenishment, and ensuring that the department remains in compliance with all operating guidelines, safety regulations and local union contract is pivotal to this role. Labor planning and building partnerships with other local internal and external departments in support of our clients property wide is a key performance indicator for this role. Demonstrated computer skills and problem solving experience is essential. A minimum of 5 years of leading in a supply chain, logistics, or related field is required.
