Job Purpose
The Senior Manager Community Program Operations plays a crucial role in our organization, overseeing and managing operations related to community-based services. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient client billing, scheduling, and clinician credentialing, as well as driving team productivity, developing community programs, fostering partnerships, expanding market reach, managing contracted services, being knowledgeable about our organization's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and delivering financial results.
Essential Functions
Oversee client billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage client scheduling to optimize resource utilization and client satisfaction.
Coordinate clinician credentialing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Drive team productivity and performance through effective leadership and support.
Develop and implement community programs in alignment with organizational goals.
Plan and execute community outreach activities to enhance relationships and visibility.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand services and impact.
Lead market development efforts to increase community program participation.
Manage contracts for services provided to external partners and clients.
Ensure proficiency or undergo training in the organization's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Oversee budgetary planning and financial management related to Community operations.
Job Responsibilities
Client Billing and Scheduling:
Review and approve client invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and adjust scheduling processes to meet client needs and optimize resources.
Clinician Credentialing:
Facilitate the credentialing process for clinicians, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain documentation and records related to clinician credentials and certifications.
Team Productivity and Development:
Provide leadership and guidance to team members to enhance productivity and performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Community Relations and Program Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement new community programs.
Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders, including clients, partners, and local organizations.
Identify partnership opportunities to enhance service delivery and community impact.
Negotiate and manage contracts with external partners and vendors for contracted services.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and monitor service delivery quality.
Market Development and Expansion:
Research and analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
Develop strategies to expand market reach and increase program participation.
EHR Proficiency:
Demonstrate proficiency or undergo training in the organization's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Utilize the EHR system effectively to support operational processes and data management.
Oversee budgetary planning and financial management related to Residential operations.
Control spending to authorized levels
Develop annual budget and quarterly financial forecasts
Develop annual operating plan that aligns with annual budgets and forecasts
Maintain Professional and Technical Knowledge
Completing required trainings
Attending educational workshops
Reviewing professional publications
Participating in professional societies
Maintain Staff Job Results
Training and coaching support staff

Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, healthcare administration, or related roles
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving performance.
Knowledge of healthcare billing, scheduling, and credentialing processes
Experience in community program development, outreach, and partnership building.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and use Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Working Conditions
This role may require occasional lifting, standing, and travel as needed for job-related activities.
This role primarily operates in an office environment but may require occasional travel to community sites or partner locations.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for community events or meetings.
