Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:
The Senior Operations Financial Analyst is responsible for working with Operations leaders in assigned Zone under the oversight of the Manager, Operations Finance to identify opportunities to enhance Operations financial performance. This position provides analytical support to Operations leadership in making critical operational and strategic decisions.

Proactively monitors operational performance to identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and profitability.
Under the oversight of the Manager, Operations Finance, works with Operations leader (Zone VP in one Zone) to provide financial analysis that drives operating efficiencies and sales growth.
Develops financial and statistical models to identify key performance indicators and improve performance; conducts in-depth financial analysis that provides increasing levels of insight into business decisions
Partners with Operations and Support Center teams in determining financial impact of new Operations initiatives. Ensures financially sound Operations business decisions.
Trains Operations leaders (GM through Regional Director Operations) on financial tools related to labor and food costs to help Operations maximize profitability.
Works on ad hoc projects with Operations.
Bachelor's degree and Operations experience as Area Coach of Ops or Multi-Unit Manager
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required; MBA desirable
Minimum five years of combined finance and Operations experience, preferably in a multi-entity, multi-state retail/hospitality environment
Successful completion of annual store training
