What You'll Do

  • Training and coaching: Organize schedules, approve timecards, update training manuals and standard operating procedures. Make sure new associates are set up for success and work safely and productively. Provide coaching and build an amazing work culture.

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks. Receive product from partners, place product in appropriate locations, prepare orders, help clean and organize work areas. You'll do whatever it takes to delight our customers with a high-quality experience.

  • Delight Customers. Make sure customer's orders get delivered smoothly by maintaining menus and systems, communicating with customers when issues arise, and making sure Dasher pickups go smoothly.

  • Facility Management. Open and close the facility, monitor supplier deliveries, manage regular cleaning and maintenance schedules.

  • Help improve operations. Contribute ideas to improve our quality and customer experience.

  • You have a proven track record of success in retail, restaurant, or warehouse environments.

  • You're able to be on your feet, and move heavy product. You are excited and physically able (with or without accommodation) to lift up to 40 lbs, and can operate basic light equipment.

  • You're organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.

  • Flexibility in schedule as you may be required to work any day of the week, across daily operating hours

What this Senior Financial Analytics Associate will do at EA: You will manage Opex and Headcount for EA's growing Digital Platform (EADP) teams, an area essential to achieving our digital strategy. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Finance supporting the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) organization and be based in either Austin, TX or Redwood City, CA. You will demonstrate a foundation in traditional FP&A responsibilities including: * Business Partnering - be the finance liaison to enable business owners' success * Financial Reporting - lead financial reviews, conduct variance analysis * Monthly and Quarterly Close - prepare accrual and reclass entries to reflect accurate accounting * Financial Modeling - analyze financial data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and return on investment We are pioneering the future of FP&A by using technology in exciting ways! We want you to share our passion for analytics (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive), automation, information systems, and data visualization.
