About The Role
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Sr. Operations Analyst for our Community Solar this role is expected to perform daily/weekly/monthly production work as it relates to the different services provided by Hansen. This includes managing allocations for community solar subscribers, processing bill credit files, processing reports, working controls and exceptions related to billing and allocation activities.
About You
Two (2) year degree in business or technical field, or at least 5 years of experience in billing/customer care is required
Knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite of products with focus on Excel and Access
Knowledge of Jira Service Management helpful
Knowledge of renewable energy preferred
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for timely and accurate completion of daily, weekly and monthly processes related to billing activities
Develop database queries and analysis in support of allocation and billing activities
Maintain subscriber data in system for projects
Communicates with clients as need for completion of client requests (Service Desk)
Performs table maintenance and completion of data repairs as needed
Monitors controls and cares for any exceptions
Identify trends or issues that appear by analyzing the output of reports/controls
Ensures contractual reports are delivered timely
Support the diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of business problems
Work with cross-functional teams to complete tasks
Continuously searches for process improvements and areas for streamlining
