The AWS RI Operations Team is in need of a driven, analytical, and process oriented Sr. Operations Analyst to own the creation and processing of EC2 Reserved Instance purchases and migrations in a SCIF. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about managing and creating operational processes, identifying and resolving systemic issues, and has experience meeting strict SLAs with a high degree of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the launch of the team in a cleared space

  • Process EC2 Reserved Instance purchases, modifications, and cancellations

  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.

  • Perform data entry, data management, and pricing calculations

  • Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems

  • Process EC2 Reserved Instance purchases, modifications, and cancellations

  • Effectively communicate confidential data with a variety of stakeholders

  • Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting

  • Meet or exceed defined SLAs

This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

As a Sales Operations/Business Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for helping the sales team on a day to day basis with a wide range of responsibilities, such as overall sales reporting and data management functions, defining and creating sales dashboards, gathering forecast data, and communicating sales results and metrics to company executives. You will be the go-to person for the sales reps needing help with business analyst and sales-related technology needs. Location Seattle, Washington Travel Negligible Responsibilities * Maintain, enhance and support the use of CRM, Quoting, Document Management and other systems critical to the Sales teams. * Provide complex data analysis; organize, sort, and filter data to measure and report on the performance of the Sales organization using dashboards, reports, etc. * Track and report on key sales metrics * Evaluate sales performance measured against sales goals and quotas; distribute and/or present results to sales management * Maintain and distribute executive level dashboards and scorecards; handle ad-hoc and standing management or customer requests * Collect and analyze data to distinguish patterns, recognize trends, identify root causes of problems, establish baselines for further analysis, etc. * Develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data * Develop and maintain queries using database applications and analytical tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CPQ. * Provide content for executive presentations and reports * Provide first level of support to sales reps and sales managers as it relates to reporting, quoting and sales tracking. * Perform data cleanup and bulk load into sales systems Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science or related fields, or comparable work experience. * Sales, sales operations, marketing or related experience preferred. * Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM. * Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel Pivot Tables and Power BI. * Experience in business process analysis, business requirements gathering, software application setup and configuration, or similar experience * Hands-on data analysis, querying and reporting experience. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to effectively communicate with and present to all management levels. * Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Highly organized and motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects and manage projects to completion * Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team * Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment * Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel and Office Products is essential * Proven ability to meet deadlines and follow-through on details * Knack for developing and maintaining effective relationships with business units and cross-functional teams * Experience with data migration and cleansing tools such as SQL, Scribe, SSIS, Jitterbit, Alteryx etc. Tyler Technologies Headquarters Seattle WA
