As a Senior Operational Training Engineer, you will develop ground system training artifacts for operations. Position involves support to system enterprise validation events, including development and documentation of complex operational scenarios/threads. Engineer will require some experience in ground satellite development and/or operations and must be able to provide high-level operational troubleshooting of anomalies during validation events. Engineer will develop training artifacts, working under a lead, and will provide hand-on instruction to operations. Position requires occasional, short-duration CONUS travel.
Clearance Requirement: Must be a US Citizens with a current TS/SCI
Must have active an TS/SCI clearance
6+ years demonstrated engineering experience with proven track record
Understanding of the SE lifecycle and change management process
Ground satellite development or operations experience in command and telemetry, flight dynamics, and/or mission planning
Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
Experience with training, either development of material or performing training
Experience with multiple ground domains (command and telemetry, flight dynamics, mission planning)
Experience with Raytheon EclipseTM product
Ground operations experience, preferably with mission planning or command and telemetry
B.S./B.A. in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or Math.
