Who We're Looking For

Toyota's CSRM group is looking for team members who are passionate about technology and interested in joining a collaborative and highly motivated team as an Senior Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Engineer

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide OT.

Reporting to the Senior Manager the person in this role will join the Cyber Protection team to deploy and maintain advanced, enterprise-wide security solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

You will work on complex products and initiatives that require in-depth knowledge within the OT and vulnerability management domains.

  • Subject matter expert for creating and administering automotive plant security solutions.

  • Establishes and manages threat analyses and vulnerability assessments in regard to plant security.

  • Reviews, analyzes, and develops implementation plan to support manufacturing cybersecurity needs at the domain level, across multiple teams.

  • Provides technology guidance throughout the manufacturing security domain.

  • Adheres to the organization's vision statement and decision-making framework, understanding how team and personal goals contribute to the organization's vision.

  • Provide insight to senior leadership teams as information security transforms on the current posture and future vision of a comprehensive manufacturing cybersecurity program.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

  • Increasing technical responsibility preferred.

  • Experience with IEC 62443 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework Version 1.1 Manufacturing Profile: NISTIR 8183

  • Extensive knowledge of computer security architectures and protocols, including firewalls, DMZs, remote access/VPN, wireless LANs, penetration testing, web sec.

  • Experience with industrial controls systems or operational technologies such as PLCs, HMIs, MES, SCADA, MOM.

  • Strong written and communication skills with the ability to effectively relate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.

Added Bonus If You Have

  • GICSP, CISSP, or other related/equivalent certifications.

  • Experience with threat & vulnerability management programs

  • Extensive OT experience
