Job Summary
The Senior Specialist, Sales Readiness, & OMS will lead Optimum Market Structure (OMS) sales enablement and engagement efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored sales readiness programs, tools, and resources to empower our sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to drive business growth. As an Optimum Senior Readiness Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Optimum Sales organization with a focus on Optimum Market Structure (OMS This highly consultative role will be responsible for the execution of the program management of training and communication to sales frontline teams. Learning programs will focus on selling skills, product knowledge, order quality, leadership development, and learning modalities. All of which should be adaptable to respond to changing business needs. The Sales Readiness Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and decide on content and deliver an effective program. This position will report to the Director of Sales Readiness.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales readiness roadmap to ensure our OMS sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to understand the unique needs and challenges of the OMS sales organization, and tailor sales readiness programs to address specific needs
Design and deliver product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies, to continuously improve the capabilities of the OMS sales teams
Assist with the implementation and optimization of sales enablement technology and tools, such as CRM systems, sales training platforms, and sales performance analytics, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the OMS sales organization.
Define and track key sales readiness metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of sales enablement and engagement of the OMS sales organization
Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales readiness initiatives with go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales campaigns
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing OR relevant field is required
3-5 years of in sales enablement, sales training, and/ or telecom sales within the market structure environment
Experience in developing and implementing successful sales readiness programs and initiatives that have positively impacted sales performance and results
Deep understanding of sales process, customer engagement strategies, and sales methodologies to address the unique needs of market structures
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiative priorities within a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure the impact of sales readiness programs and make data-driven decisions
Excellent problem-solving, judgement, and decision-making skills in highly complex situations

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New Jersey is $77,112.00 - $126,684.00 / year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter. The rates/ranges provided herein are the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and do not reflect future job opportunity.
