POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Office Support Assistant assists the Office Support Manager in daily departmental operations and acts as a back-up in their absence. This position also assists with recruiting, purchasing, travel, and shipping, as well as assisting other departments as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provides back-up support for the Office Support Manager.
· Assists with team development and training
· Assist with purchasing department on a daily basis.
· Assists with the recruiting process for SCC Admin candidates.
· Assists with the recruiting process for RCM Medical Billing candidates.
· Reviews invoices submitted to Office Support, ensures totals are correct.
· Submits authorized invoices to the appropriate department.
· Creates materials requisitions for Office Support.
· Provides back-up to Office Support personnel as needed.
· Processes new hire requests for supplies, badges, and car decals.
· Assists with companywide employee inquiries
Provides back up support to shipping.
· Complies with all approved procedures, directives and guidelines.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education Required:
An Associate's Degree is required. A Business Administration or related certifications are acceptable.
Experience Required:
Minimum of Two-years administrative experience required. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required. Coordination of business travel or hospitality experience is a plus.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to details
Ability to work in a stressful fast paced environment.
The ability to handle multiple tasks as well as to define priorities and respond accordingly.
Intermediate MS Office knowledge required.
Compensation:
$17.00 to $20.00 depending on experience and skills
