Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity, security, and optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Network Design and Implementation:

• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to enhance network performance.

• Network Security:

• Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard the organization's network infrastructure.

• Conduct regular security assessments and address vulnerabilities promptly.

• Provide advanced technical support for network-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quick resolution.

• Proactively identify and address potential network issues to minimize downtime.

• Performance Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize network performance, identifying opportunities for improvements and implementing changes as needed.

• Collaborate with vendors to stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

• Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

• Capacity Planning:

• Conduct capacity planning to anticipate future network requirements and ensure scalability.

• Collaborate with other teams to assess and accommodate evolving business needs.

• Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other IT professionals to integrate network solutions with broader IT initiatives.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.

• Industry certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and security standards.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
