Senior Network Engineer

We have partnered with this established client on their search for a Senior Network Engineer. In this role, you will analyze, plan, implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance large complex networks or systems. Responsibilities:

• Establish a networking environment by installing, configuring, testing, and documenting the equipment/network systems according to the design and specifications

• Guide the performance of day-to-day networking tasks to ensure network reliability, availability, and serviceability with minimal interruption

• Lead in the configuration of firewall security policy configuration

• Administer network technology upgrade or expansion projects, including installation of hardware, software, and integration testing, as well as coordinating these activities without disturbing the function of other systems

• Provide guidance and mentoring to Network Engineers

Requirements:

• Developed experience with Palo Alto, Aruba, and Cisco systems

• Background with AWS network infrastructure

• Demonstrated experience and success with cloud networking as well as on-prem LAN, WAN, WLAN, and WWAN design and implementation

• Understanding of network analysis tools, including SolarWinds and packet capture
