Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer's networks and in-house servers
Maintain Physical Unix, Windows, Linux Servers
Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
Manage company's in-house security solution management
Project management, planning, DR, new system designs and implementation
Keep an eye out for needed updates
Backup, DR, Cluster maintenance
Support and administer third-party applications
Ensure network security and connectivity
Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
Resolve problems reported by an end-user
Define network policies and procedures
Specify system requirements and design solutions
Update and maintain Active Directory users and group

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
6~9+ years of related work experience with Bachelor’s Degree
Proven experience as an IT System Administrator Manager or a similar senior role
In-depth knowledge of various operating systems, platforms, databases and networks
Familiarity with system security, backup and recovery, patch management, and automation tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and web hosting technologies
VMware (vCenter, vSphere) management experience
Knowledge of networking services and standard networking protocols
Computer proficiency and understanding of various types of hardware
Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
Ability to problem solve and think critically
Wiring, Racking, IDF/MDF room experience
Familiarity with project management skills
