Job Summary:

The Senior NetSuite Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite platform to support the company's operations and growth. This position requires a deep understanding of NetSuite functionality, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams in Implementations, Engineering, Operations, Client Services, Sales, and Finance to streamline processes, enhance system capabilities and ensure data integrity. The incumbent will work closely with cross functional teams to transform business specifications into system capability, managing the end-to-end technical design, development, quality assurance, implementation, and on-going post-production operations management. Support ongoing system integration of Local Bounti applications and process automation development.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assists in the integration of other systems and programs within the organization

• Responsible for being the key point of contact and senior administrator for NetSuite

• Manages a variety of different systems across the SaaS (Software as a Service) client lifecycle that connect or interface with NetSuite and help in testing and issue resolution

• Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and streamline processes using NetSuite capabilities.

• Develops business cases, test cases and fulfills the project technical SME role on various projects in their area

• Provides technical, operational, and application support for troubleshooting and resolving issues including application business logic, data flow and data integrity

• Serves as expert level application support for NetSuite

• Acts as a strategic thought partner, proposes alternatives/solutions in alignment with requirements/objectives/timelines and addresses issues facing the business

• Acts as technical liaison to users, management, and third-party vendors

• Supports implementation and testing of projects, including version upgrades

• Performs systems testing and quality assurance testing

• Assists in the development of change management plans to ensure the adoption of process improvement changes and technology solutions across the organization

• Provide insight and recommendations to management regarding SOX control gaps and improvements in the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls

• Ability to interact and communicate IT Control environment elements to external auditors

• Lead Technical team involving NetSuite implementation, upgrades, or integrations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong proficiency in NetSuite SuiteScript, Suite Flow, and Suite Builder customization tools.

• Deep understanding of ERP concepts and business processes, with a focus on finance, inventory management, and order-to-cash workflows.

• Proven experience in system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting within NetSuite.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive projects to successful completion.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or related area; or equivalent experience in lieu of education

• 7+ years of professional experience in technology or business required

• 5+ years of SaaS business process knowledge and experience to support NetSuite in managing change requests, enhancements and solution delivery, including integrations with other systems

• 7+ years of NetSuite ERP administration and usage experience

• NetSuite business process and solution experience and consulting experience will be an added advantage

• NetSuite Administrator or Suite Foundation Certification preferred

• Strong experience working in the manufacturing industry with NetSuite Manufacturing

• Knowledge and experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), including third party solutions
