Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Tokio Marine HCC, a global power in the specialty insurance industry, is seeking a Senior .NET Developer with a passion to learn, grow, build, and make an impact in our Corporate IT group.

Formulate and define system scope and objectives, researching the best way to develop or modify our complex information systems. Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written. You are the user liaison to resolve system issues and write reports according to user or management requests, helping to ensure our business, our stakeholders, and our customers are moving forward with confidence and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with business users to identify current business operating procedures and clarify program objectives.

• Document business user processes and create specifications for coding systems or programs, including the data sources to be utilized.

• Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain those programs throughout the product life cycle.

• Review, analyze, and modify programming systems by encoding, testing, debugging, and installing appropriate technology.

• Integrate programs with other systems in the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent education/experience

• 5 or more years of experience in .NET/C# development, analysis, and design.

• Experience with:

• NET Framework

• Interfacing with Web Services

• JSON

• HTML 5

• Python

• SQL Reporting Services / Power BI

• Power Apps

• Power Automate

• SharePoint

• Strong communication ability with an on tact and diplomacy
