RECRUITMENT PROCESS Qualified applicants who possess all minimum qualifications listed in the job description, per the screening process, will receive a notice of invitation to the next step in the process, which is a performance examination. Candidates who pass the performance examination will move forward to the oral exam, which is similar to an interview.
Candidates who pass the oral exam will be placed on ranked eligibility list. The top three ranks of the eligibility list will receive an invitation to the final interview.
