Description:

PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Navy ERP Project Manager to join our team in support of our client in Indian Head, MD. This is a Remote position with some travel required to Indian Head, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

Support release management for the NAVSEA ERP Business Office (NEBO) for Navy ERP. Performs tasks related to deployment and sustainment of Navy ERP including:

• Review and generate strategic and process documentation related to Navy ERP deployment and sustainment.

• Perform data analysis and determine how to remedy process issues

• Provide support for Navy ERP upgrades.

• Assess the overarching processes and strategies for emerging requirements and provide complete analysis and recommendations on the pros and cons of the proposed solution.

• Provide recommendations on data migration/conversion strategies.

• Support migration to Agile support model.

• Provide Change Management support for end users.

• Support all phases of Navy ERP releases.

• Support data call responses.

• Apply thorough technical and business knowledge of the Navy ERP in performing operations of complex difficulty in order for the system to meet the ongoing Navy business operations requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

• Must have at least seven (7) years of related experience in Navy ERP.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with trouble ticket systems such as the National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM) or similar is desirable.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (Any Business or IT discipline).

Education Substitution:

• An additional three (3) years of directly related experience can be substituted for degree.
