UCan do all this and more at UCLA Health.As the Senior MRI Technologist, you will perform basic and complex MR imaging procedures as well as post-processing responsibilities. This will require an in-depth understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology and medical terminology. Advanced imaging skills and techniques would be demonstrated by competence in 3 or more of the following advanced imaging applications:* cardiac and advanced cardiac/CVMR, peripheral vascular/PVMR ,and or neurovascular - EPI applications: DWI, PWI, DTI , ASL* Brain, or Breast, or Prostate* · MR Enterography, MR Defecography and MR Prostate with endo-rectal coil* MR Guided fine needle breast and or prostate biopsies. * Brain * Fibroid tumorsSalary Range: $52.18 - $68.86 HourlyJob QualificationsPress space or enter keys to toggle section visibility* · 3 years MRI Experience - required* · Licenses* o ARRT, CRT - required. MR certificate required*
o ARRT, ARMRIT (MR) - required* · Venipuncture certificate - required* · BCLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - required* · Graduate from a AMA Radiologic Technologist Program - required* · AA or BS - preferred* · Siemens experience - preferred* · Demonstrates competence in modifying protocols as required producing optimal diagnostic images.* · Demonstrates ability to train additional MR staff in addition to performing the advanced procedures without direction themselves.
