Senior MES IT Business Analyst, Fort Worth Manufacturing

As the Senior MES IT Business Analyst, Fort Worth Manufacturing, you will serve as the point of contact for the manufacturing facility and all MES applications related requests, questions, and issues. You will also be responsible for the lifecycle management of all assigned applications used at the site, driving continual improvements, and the management of the IT application assets/services in Fort Worth, Texas!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of end-to-end integration of assigned applications and services delivered to the manufacturing site both locally and globally.

• Strategically align and coordinate multiple project priorities while adhering to all timelines from the manufacturing site and ITCI.

• Collaborate with EUX / IT Function organizations via mentoring, training, and identification/ exploitation of opportunities and commonalities at site level.

• Collaborate closely with global application and security teams while being the critical issue point on major incidents.

• Ensure consistency with Security and Compliance policies.

• Verify that incidents/service requests are followed up and solved appropriately and root cause is identified (when appropriate).

• Handle the lifecycle of incidents and minimize their adverse impact on business operations.

• Identify potential improvement areas for system/application and connected services.

• Work with vendor and center of excellence (COE) support to support all Environments and document any vital change control.

• Apply knowledge of Opcenter components, software installation process for Opcenter application, MOM/Connect, OLTP Database and ODS Databases and reports.

• Partner with Site Engineering and Siemens to support (Kepware, RestAPI or PAC) for Equipment Integrations with L2 control systems and Equipment's/PLCs.

• Participate in Architecture discussions with Siemens and Alcon Technical SME's, providing input on interfacing methods based on standards defined by Alcon ARC team and COE.

• Support/Own the IT Integrations discussions working with Business, Siemens and external systems (IRIS MII, IRIS PI, LIMS, Veeva, Foresight, MuleSoft) and Network Security team to support application integrations.

• Deployment\Support of customizations and Integrations (TPA's) developed by Siemens & Dhruv/Implementation partner.

• Responsible to maintain application asset lifecycle/inventory management data in ServiceNow along with all IT Admin SOPs and Architectural Handbooks for assigned applications.

• IT point of contact for Organizational Change governance and supervising the changes.

• Liaise with site IT Head to deliver business requests, providing early input into application planning and budgeting process as needed.

• Responsible for risk management, OS remediation (planning and execution) for all assigned applications.

• Responsible for application implementation and upgrade project management as needed to lead other team members and optimally connect with collaborators.

Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+ 6 yrs; M.S.+ 0 yrs).

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.

• 2 Years of Relevant Experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with MS SQL and PostgreSQL databases to include driving SQL query commands and writing stored procedures hosted on Linux and Windows OS's.

• Utilization of Opcenter applications/tools (Portal Studio & Object Design) to understand the IT Integrations to perform initial triaging of the issue as Level1 support and modeling.

• Extensive knowledge on Web services and other interfacing methods configured on MOM/Connect and Opcenter Application for initial triaging of Interface issues.

• Experience with ServiceNow (crafting tickets, change requests, incident management, user access management, etc.) SAP BO, Tableau reporting, or Saviynt for access control.

• Knowledge of the following regulations and standards: ISO13485, MDSAP, EU MDR/MDD, 21 CFR Part 11 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Ability to participate in on call rotation and act as escalation point for local team.

• Ability to support 24x7 operations and willingness to work a flexible schedule
