The Opportunity

We seek to hire a Senior Member Services Representative to serve our members in the Citrus Heights branch. As a Senior Member Service Representative (Sr. MSR) in our branches you will have the chance to make a difference in the lives of every member you serve. This is an individual contributor role which reports into the Manager, Retail Branch.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. MSR you will have the chance to:

  • Offer best in class customer service to our members.

  • Open accounts for new and existing members, as well as service those accounts.

  • Handle complex accounts and transactions.

  • Lead by example and train new team members.

  • Partner with the Assistant Branch Manager to maintain operational integrity, including audits.

  • Converse with members in order to assess their known and unknown needs and identify the appropriate products, solutions and services.

  • Adopt new and existing tools that will enhance the member consultation process.

  • Initiate, process, and fund consumer loans such as credit cards, personal loans, etc.

  • Exercise informed judgement as appropriate to accommodate members.

  • Advocate member adoption of new technology, campaigns, promotions and digital products.

  • Understand and comply with all applicable federal and state laws and banking regulations (including those related to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering compliance) and Patelco Credit Union's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Five years of prior experience in financial services.

  • Technically savvy with smartphone operating systems, PCs and email systems.

  • Excellent consultative and written communication skills.

  • Flexible work schedule, including Saturdays.

  • BA or BS in business, finance, or associated field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.

The Senior Clinical Oncology Specialist (Sr. COS) position is a clinical sales role utilizing clinical oncology experience and expertise to support the sale of Amgen's Oncology treatments. The Sr. COS is a strategic partner with the District Sales Manager and Senior Oncology Specialist to formulate and execute a plan of action to ensure that all appropriate patients are identified to receive and adhere to Amgen products. Accomplished through delivering approved marketing messages, strategic customer education, and implementing processes for appropriate patient identification and treatment management. The Sr. COS will be evaluated and bonused appropriately on district sales results, conveyance of Amgen values, and role competencies. The Sr. COS reports to the District Sales Manager and has a dotted line report to the Manager of Sr. Clinical Oncology Specialists. The Sr. COS's primary customers are Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Pharmacists and other health care providers. Candidates have excellent communication and presentation skills, are strategic and forward thinking, effectively work in teams and are autonomous self-starter, experience in business analysis and have a command of Oncology and Healthcare business trends. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in positions such as Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager, Practice Manager, Research Nurse, or other Oncology clinical positions. Active as an OCN Oncology Clinical Nurse or ACON Advanced Oncology Clinical Nurse. Demonstrate oncology clinical & medical expertise, effective partnership with sales force, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Local Market knowledge is also preferred.
