CentraCare, nestled in the heart of Minnesota, invites passionate and skilled candidates to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Medical Staff Development Assistant, you will support the administrative functions related to the recruitment, credentialing, and retention of medical staff. You'll ensure all Certified Medical Education (CME) activities are in compliance with the CME requirements of our accrediting organization, Minnesota Medical Association (MMA).

Schedule:

  • Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Willmar

  • Day shift | 8-hour shifts | 8am-4:30pm

  • No weekends

Pay and Benefits:

  • $20.45 or more per hour, pay determined by experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years post-secondary education in communication, administrative, marketing, project management or related field required, or five years of experience in an administrative role in lieu of education.

  • Previous experience with virtual platforms preferred.

  • Detail oriented with accuracy and efficiency with PC/database/word processing platforms.

Department Info:

The Sr. Medical Staff Development Assistant provides overall logistic and technical support for the day-to-day functions of the Medical Staff Development Office. Responsible for clinical partner development opportunities (including CME certified courses and regularly scheduled series activities), orientations and on-boarding processes, mandatory education, referring only process, as well as other projects involving clinical partner development. This position may also facilitate committee or department meetings and clinical partner-level learning experiences. Provides support to the Vice President of Medical Affairs, Manager, Medical Staff Development, clinical partners, Conference Directors, presenters, and participants. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care Principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
