The Senior Media Buyer / Planner is responsible for analyzing data, thinking creatively and dreaming up innovative strategies to make sure marketing campaigns reach the right target audience in the most effective way possible. To both maximize the reach of our brand and to emphasize our brand standards.

Assess the impact and suitability of different types of media for targeting a specific market
Collect and analyze information about different media channels, such as digital (must be advanced in digital media), broadcast, print and outdoor media, with regards to consumer behavior, circulation, audience trends and the impact of different methods
Devise and recommend strategies for using certain media effectively to attract and retain customers, increase brand recognition and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
Direct the acquisition of certain advertising slots and spaces in accordance with approved strategies and campaigns
Conduct extensive research and identify the right target demographic for specific campaigns.
Closely monitor ad campaign KPIs
Conduct and report on media specific analysis, such as readership surveys, circulation and trade figures, web analytics, audience tracking and television and radio ratings
Fosters collaboration and positive conflict resolution among team members
Ensures all team members are included and appropriately engaged, including external resources.
Checks all materials for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure quality control of submitted work.
Work with our amazing customers to create case studies and customer success stories
Manage, build, and segment various email lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
Conduct buyer journey research, and help our team optimize our website, marketing touchpoints, and sales approach accordingly
Partner with content, social and PR team members to develop effective integrated cross-channel campaigns
Create and maintain relevant reports and KPIs that detail the effectiveness and business impact from marketing and sales activities
May be required to attend and participate in professional development activities both in and outside the company to stay abreast of new developments and best practices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Superior knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel & Word
Previous work experience in a business to business (B2B) marketing environment
Established relationships with media sales agencies
Strong understanding of the technical tools and methodologies for media specific analysis
Demonstrated experience performing research or building strategic and competitive analyses
Able and willing to pass a pre-employment drug and background screen
