As a Sr. Enrollment Consultant you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong client relationships with our Employer Group Waiver Plan (EGWP) and State Pharmaceutical Assistant Program (SPAP) clients. You will be assisting these clients with enrollment and eligibility needs for their Medicare Part D (Med D) members. You will be seen as a problem-solver and will bring innovated solutions for EGWP and SPAP MED D clients. As the Sr. Enrollment Consultant, you should have a vast understanding and working knowledge of Medicare Guidelines, EDI protocols, EDI file layouts, and the enrollment processes that directly impact member enrollment. The Sr. Enrollment consultant will contribute to assisting and managing special projects, implementations and/or automation efforts.
You will accomplish this by:
Leading business and/or enterprise projects
Translating client needs and requirements into operational formats for SSIC teams
Facilitate internal and external meetings and presentations to provide status updates and make decisions relative to client projects and implementations
Facilitate inter-departmental process reviews and training
Facilitate and document client meetings (Conference Calls and/or Onsite meetings)
Monitor enrollment processes across multiple systems/processes
Analyze reports and communicate results to clients
Reconcile enrollment issues
Develop client action plans
Organize file mapping efforts
Create and/or update client documentation and/or P&Ps
Attend off site client meetings (about 10 % travel)
As a Senior Enrollment Consultant, your success will be driven by exceeding client satisfaction. Using a consultative approach across specific PBM and other Operations as needed to define problems, lead process improvement efforts, and ultimately manage process change with business stakeholders to ensure our internal and external customer needs are being met. The ability to influence and deliver results for our clients will be a key factor to your success in this role.
1 + years of current experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio
1+ years working directly with State Pharmaceutical Assistance Program Clients
Analytical thinking, strong Interpersonal skills, and strong technical aptitude
Strategic, forward thinker, solution focus with sound technical and analytical abilities
Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines
Effective presentation skills over the phone and in person.
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills demonstrated
Proven ability to interpret and present complex concepts that are easily understood by others
High School Diploma or GED Required
Bachelor Degree Strongly preferred
