Senior Mechanical Engineer, PE

Overall Activities: We currently have an opening for Senior Mechanical Engineer in our Apex, NC office serving biotechnology, pharmaceutical, commercial, industrial, research facility, and semiconductor clients in the Southern Atlantic Region. The successful candidate will have experience working in multi-disciplinary project teams, coordinating with subconsultants, successfully engaging with, and satisfying clients and be excited by the opportunity to expand and grow our business.

Qualifications:

• BSME and 10+ years of experience in HVAC and Mechanical system design.

• A Professional Engineering license is required.

• LEED-AP preferred.

• Project management experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and other software design tools, as well as familiarity with current good engineering design practices is preferred.

• A self-starter with self-management, technical and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to coordinate with different engineering disciplines and the desire to work in a small, self-directed team environment.
