Overview:Our client is a well established consulting engineering firm that is a national pioneer in the development of net zero energy buildings. They are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team within the Louisville market! Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of the performance contracting projects lifecycle and be the main point of contract for their clients
Lead the development phase in regards to the design layouts of mechanical systems,conduct building system audits, energy analysis and savings calculations
Direct the bidding process with internal team members, and then collaborate with the client to develop the final contract
Identify and resolve conflicts as they arise
Create and maintain customer relationships
Direct the commissioning and M&V teams
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited institution
PE & CEM are required.
5+ years experience in MEP and/or with an Energy Services company
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and communication skills
AutoCAD and REVIT software experience
