As the Senior Materials Planning & Execution Strategy, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions. Develop the year plan for own unit on the basis of the framework of the strategic plan for the whole unit.

As the Senior Materials Planning & Execution Strategy, you will be responsible for:

• Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.

• Conducting frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex planning activities and/or complex sales processes with high degrees of customization.

• Handling complex manufacturing processes. Manufacturing department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.

• Leading a medium sized manufacturing unit. Unit consists of several departments and/or dispersed manufacturing departments. Budget is > 5 million.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

• The annual pay scale for this position is between $123,300 and $218,500 USD if employed in New York
