Overview:

This warehouse position involves the timely and accurate reporting of materials movements that transpire on a daily basis. The position may include the complete set of transaction activities: picking/staging for Sales Orders and Service Depot locations; picking components for production work orders; picking / staging materials for movement to Contract Manufacturers; Receiving Vendor Materials; Receiving Customer RMA returns / Vendor repair returns; issuing materials to Engineering to support Engineering projects or to replenish lab supplies. Packing of products for safe transport and completion of domestic and international shipping documentation. The position also includes the involvement in both daily cycle counting and other periodic physical inventory activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Inventory and Warehouse policies and procedures currently in place (warehouse security, daily warehouse processing, and fiscal period cutoffs).

  • Post Inventory transactions on a daily basis into SAP in adherence to defined warehouse procedures and work instructions.

  • Assist in organizing and moving material to and from off-site warehouses in support of Engineering, as requested.

  • Work in concert with other Warehouse personnel, Quality Inspection personnel, and Shipping personnel to support the responsive environment required by Operations.

  • Participate in the warehouse 5S Workplace Organization initiative to ensure that a safe, clean and well-organized warehouse environment exists at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma and 8 years related experience.

  • Applicant must be computer proficient, with prior experience in performing inventory transactions in a computer-based business system.

  • Knowledge of inventory controls or related experience in a managed inventory environment required SAP experience is highly desirable.

  • Licensed to drive Material Handling equipment necessary (Fork Lift, Stand-on Lift). Must have a valid driver's license.

Position Summary The Senior Auditor will participate in planning and supervising international and domestic audit engagements and assurance assignments of Catalent entities. Assignments could include financial, operational, and other internal control reviews such as SOX, transaction and account balance testing. Additionally, this role will collaborate with operational and financial professionals to assess processes, risks, and controls, and improve the overall control environment. The Senior Internal Auditor will report to the SOX/Audit Manager. In concert with Catalent's Patient First philosophy, this position is key in our efforts toward continuous improvement of our processes & information which will allow quality drug products to reach patients safely and efficiently.
