POSITION: Sr. Marketing Specialist
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
A Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing against the Marketing Plan in the Banking division. They will work with Product Marketing and the broader marketing team to develop the appropriate Marketing Activities to drive funnel. This includes everything from advertising, blogs, email campaigns, paid advertising, search engine optimization, and account-based marketing. This person must also have the ability to perform data analyses, create segmentation for targeted campaigns, and read and explain marketing results.
Drive and execute Marketing programs that demonstrate the value of NCR Solutions
Develop a deep level of engagement to optimize both internal and external opportunities.
Interact with Sales on a regular basis to ensure all of our programs are properly communicated
Ensure the creative team is executing the marketing tactics according to the marketing program briefs
Understand Sales' needs and prioritize Marketing activities, based on demand and budget.
Work with the digital marketing team to make sure all of the marketing tactics have the proper measurements and tagging.
Make sure the Marketing Operations team is measuring all of the marketing tactics properly, and they are represented on the dashboards
Analyze the performance of the marketing tactics to make sure they are performing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Extremely detail oriented and a proven track record for executing with results
Excellent verbal/written communications skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders
Ability to summarize findings/issues in a clear/concise way
Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Must have worked in a corporate environment 3+ years
