As a Senior Solutions Partner Marketing Specialist for Microsoft Hardware at Insight, you will be responsible for partnering with the Microsoft product management team to execute sales enablement and demand generation strategies to support sales pipeline growth and revenue, while aligning to Insight's strategic go-to-market growth goals for Microsoft. You will act as the main point of contact for the communication and implementation of marketing campaign tactics that accelerate revenue and margin performance.

Additionally, you will be leading objectives that grow Microsoft's relationships and investments into Insight's solution areas, as well as grow their overall marketing investment. You will work with a cross-functional team to effectively problem solve and provide compelling solutions that align with Insight's solution area goals. You will be responsible for the management of and reporting for Microsoft hardware, making sure their investment is maximized across Insight's full portfolio of clients (solution area and GTMs), and that profitability goals are met along with proof of performance requirements to ensure all funding is collected.

To Be Successful you will:

  • Immerse yourself in the Microsoft hardware business at Insight from day one, understanding Insight's goals for the business and the strategic direction of our partnership with Microsoft

  • Develop, pitch and maintain ongoing partner campaigns and programs, while regularly reporting on results

  • Become a subject matter expert on Microsoft hardware

  • Measure success of various marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization

  • Work with cross-functional marketing team to orchestrate the creation of emails, flyers, ads, webcasts, web pages, and other marketing materials to support campaign initiatives

  • Partner with Product Management team to ensure campaign strategy is aligned to overall business goals

  • Ensure proper execution of all activities, inclusive of gathering proof of performance (POP) post-campaign

As a Senior Solutions Partner Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Be in the business: Understand each of Insight's solution areas, their goals, and how your partner can contribute or align to achieve mutual success. You will also be up to date with all things Microsoft, including the growth strategies for Microsoft at Insight.

  • Be strategic: Develop, launch and manage comprehensive and effective demand generation campaigns to grow company's overall solution area business. Execute targeted activities and oversee lead follow-up and conversion rates by business development team.

  • Contribute and create: Submit thorough Creative Service Requests within defined criteria and timelines. Prepare status reports on the marketing efforts and coordinate all aspects of a campaign.

  • Coordinate and communicate: Lead robust technology partner relationships from a marketing and programs perspective, including providing updates on marketing initiatives, campaign results, etc.

What we Need from You:

  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing or other related field, MBA or similar post graduate education is a plus, minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing or product management within a Business-to-Business sales organization.

  • Marketing Technology experience a must

  • Business-to-business marketing experience preferred

  • Microsoft experience and/or familiarity is preferred

Knowledge Skills Ability

  • Marketing planning and execution
  • Experience working with complex marketing stacks to develop integrated (digital and traditional) campaigns or marketing programs. Understanding of CRM/Digital Marketing tools as well as traditional marketing channels, and budget management.

Ability to lead cross functional teams to achieve deliverables and pivot plans when needed to meet desired goals. Requirements: * Perform a variety of Operational functions in file room such as: image documents - file documents - create files Performs, researches and resolves a variety of operational activities related to loans. * Ensures daily loan documentation and qc operations are running efficiently. * Interacts with members of the loan operations team, account officers, legal counsel (both in-house and outside). * Responsible for performing a variety of consumer loan documentation duties on loan packages to ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures for various loan products. * Functions included but not limited to: preparing consumer documentation, closing, funding loans according to the established timelines and compliance for loan products; interpreting regulations and policies while ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow-ups. * At closing, this person is responsible for reviewing loan documents for signatures and ensuring all closing requirements are satisfied, sends wires, and set up Loan files. May manage an assigned pipeline of loans. * Performs other related duties as assigned or required. * Reviews executed loan documents for accuracy and adherence to terms of approval and Bank guidelines. * Resolves loan-related problems and obtains remaining documents necessary to complete documentation and/ or booking process. * Works with relationship teams to receive proper approval for any outstanding/missing items and to clear any outstanding issues. * Teller Duties, cash checks, accept deposit, process treasury tax, issue travelers checks, cashiers checks. * This person will be responsible for processing a wide variety of functions, related to check processing , daily monitoring, certification and reconciliation of various DDA and G/L accounts, working with other domestic and foreign financial institutions. * Researching, analyzing and documenting variances. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. * This position is responsible for providing back office processing support to both internal and external client relationships. * Work with internal constituent groups and other wire room employees to coordinate disposition of possible fraudulent wires. * Manage wire load under finite time limit to receive all dispositions and send/cancel wires in a timely manner. Qualifications: * Must have Loan Boarding experience * Exposure to both wire payments processing and fraud operations - a minimum of at least one year in either forum is preferred * Minimum job requirements for the position include basic math and computer skills and an aptitude for working with numbers, having the ability to communicate well both verbally and in e-mail communication, demonstrating dexterity and accuracy in performing data entry and basic tasks while following standardized procedures for processing client information and loan related transactions. * The position would require proficiency in all processing functions within the department and excellent client service skills. * Have a good understanding of banking operations, bank policies, and bank regulations. * Prior bank experience and some college related courses would be a plus but are not required for this position.
