The Senior Marketing Specialist (SMS) is responsible for supporting the development of local office marketing strategies with budget coordination; managing industry, business line and special marketing programs as assigned; leading the process for Request for Proposal (RFP) development; providing direction, management, coordination, support and follow up in the execution of events; maintaining and enhancing the existing client, prospect and referral database; planning, organizing and delivering presentations and trainings; and assisting with research and metric tracking, related to core industry areas.
In this role, the SMS works closely with the RMM/D or local marketing manager and industry and business line leaders, including the Regional Business Development Director (RBDD/BDD), in the local office, to execute strategies, campaigns and projects. Specific marketing activities include proposals, events, thought leadership, media relations, online marketing/customer relationship management (CRM)/database management, messaging and collateral.
Four (4) or more years of marketing experience required
Prior experience in a professional services environment preferred
