Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Programs Manager to take full ownership for B2B campaign execution across customers, prospects, and partners. Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker with experience designing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns and account-based marketing programs. We are looking for a project management driven, organized, and highly accountable marketer who thrives on setting and achieving goals and driving pipeline for the sales team to close. A strong background in campaign ideation and execution across a variety of channels is required. You are a strategic collaborator with experience partnering with internal stakeholders to plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaign performance through data analysis and adjustments.
You will own building awareness and leads for a B2B software product line and will have an opportunity to grow your career through achieving growth goals with the help of the highly motivated and creative Marketing team at MHC.
What you will get to do:
Own and execute the product line's demand generation strategy, collaborating with marketing to drive pipeline growth through planning, campaign design, and execution
Build strong partnerships with customers while driving cross-sell opportunities
Grow engaged prospects database, accelerate engagement throughout the funnel, and drive quality pipeline that converts into bookings
Support the partner ecosystem with programs and enablement materials helping establish stronger partnerships and increase referrals and bookings
Collaborate closely with other Program Managers and other team members for timely execution of campaigns targeting prospects, customers, and partners
Support the growing events and virtual events / webinar program by securing industry thought leaders as speakers, preparing event promotional strategies, presentation development, and leveraging events as part of your demand generation strategy
Collaborate with the BDR team to ensure proper lead follow-ups and increase conversion to pipeline
Partner with marketing team stakeholders to execute nurture programs
Work with Marketing Operations on meaningful campaign results reporting and key takeaways for campaign optimization purposes and reporting throughout the organization
What you will need to succeed:
Knowledge and Skills:
Solid understanding of new marketing technologies and B2B marketing trends
Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and programs that achieve measurable results
Strong analytical skills essential for campaign planning and effective targeting
The ability to write effective short form copy (emails, social messages, landing pages)
Demonstrated experience in designing and launching campaigns across multiple channels quickly and with ability to adjust based on performance
Knowledge of B2B software and SaaS organizations strongly preferred
Education and Qualifications:
5+ years marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools, channels, including Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, 6Sense (or equivalent), Gong, etc.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional in-person collaboration at our Burnsville, MN headquarters office.
