About the job

Brand Studio is focused on building the Google brand. By combining user insights, strategic thinking, beautiful design and storytelling, our team creates a wide range of work that drives Google's reputation for being helpful to people, businesses, and communities.

Our work also aims to build advocacy and trust in the brand. To achieve that, we're a multidisciplinary team of marketers, strategists, insights specialists, creatives, producers, and engineers who work together to create exceptional marketing.

As a Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will manage the delivery of high-priority marketing programs and campaigns while designing and implementing scalable processes to drive the team's overall effectiveness. You will grow in a dynamic environment and have a passion for optimizing marketing processes.

You will be capable of seamlessly translating ideas into action while effectively collaborating with multiple teams. You will expertly engage with the insights, creative, and social marketing teams, driving work from ideas through execution, ensuring operational excellence along the way.

In this role, you will partner with insight and social specialists, creatives, producers, brand marketers and more, to manage and execute complex, multidisciplinary projects. You will manage project schedules and budgets, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders and the team.

Collaboration, communication, organization and a constant need to optimize are key drivers to how you get things done. You will grow in fast-paced, team environments and are comfortable pivoting between multiple projects at any given point in time.

Know the user. Know the magic.

Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
