Amazon Alexa is an AI-based service that gives developers new ways for customers to engage with hardware and software offerings through voice. You will have the opportunity to define the strategy build, and run the systems that engage Alexa developers. You will be responsible for the key email, web, events, and analytics automation tools that deliver messages, collecting the data that helps business owners understand what's working, and scaling programs that increase awareness and adoption. The ideal candidate is both strategic and tactical, familiar with marketing operations concepts and comfortable with tooling, offering strong analytical abilities and exceptional written and oral communication skills. You will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will have a track record of operations management, as well as familiarity with email and web automation tools such as Marketo, Adobe Analytics, and others.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the marketing operations tech stack, including aligning with stakeholders on strategy, partnering with engineering on technical implementation, and maintaining tools.
Be the subject matter expert for marketing teams, supporting tool selection, usage, troubleshooting, configuration, and enablement.
Identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and implement marketing technology that enhances the user experience and improves reporting systems.
Partner with engineering and data integration teams to drive the marketing ops roadmap.
Collaborate closely with marketing tech product management and engineering teams, marketing stakeholders, and international counterparts to deliver solutions that can scale globally.
Deliver and maintain training and resource materials, highlighting best practices and opportunities for efficiency.
Manage vendor contracts, fulfillment, and licensing, and partner internally to ensure Legal and Infosec governance and compliance. Build maintenance mechanisms.

CRM certification, such as Marketo (strongly preferred), Eloqua, or HubSpot
Subject matter expertise with tools for email (like Marketo), web metrics (like Adobe Analytics), event marketing (like Jet Webinar, Splash, Bizzabo), social automation (like Sprinklr), and surveys (like Qualtrics).
Experience leading projects for large scale automation platforms and/or digital communication tools with global stakeholders
Track record of successfully scaling marketing or communication campaigns
Strong understanding of database structure, data hygiene, and analytics
Governance experience with large marketing automation, digital communication, CRM, or similar platforms
The candidate must also be a strong leader and excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate program recommendations and tradeoffs to senior executives
