Work you'll do:

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with leaders to plan and execute a portfolio of marketing programs.

  • Develop compelling product and solution positioning, messaging, value propositions that emphasize the impact of our solutions and products. Tie into the greater vision and strategic narrative and how that differentiates us from our competitors.

  • Manage internal and external collateral and other asset creation including presentations, solution sheets, videos, training tools, white papers, objection handling, FAQs and case studies for clients, sectors, and alliance partners.

  • Manage external facing marketing communication channels and tactics including social media, events, webinars, relevant website content.

  • Work cross functionally across departments, and with the executive leadership team to define, create, train, and equip the organization with appropriate support materials that clearly and simply articulate the value proposition to the customer.

  • Be the marketing owner for go-to-market planning and, working collaboratively with internal and external partners.

  • Implement and manage marketing reporting solutions that demonstrate the effectiveness of our activities, and communicate results internally to the group and to senior management.

  • Continually develop market and industry knowledge and become a subject matter expert on our competencies and technology. Put in place continuous analysis of competitors and market trends in a fast-moving market, and ensure the whole organization is armed with expertise.

  • Work closely with the technology and product team to influence and help shape the product roadmap to drive new features and adoption.

To be considered for this role, there are certain qualifications you'll have to have. And others that would be really, really nice.

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in product/solution marketing, partner marketing, or related roles

  • 5+ years of experience operating at a senior level within a large matrixed organization, and being both an independent self-starter, and excellent team player.

  • 8+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams delivering products and services at the cutting edge of the market.

  • Proven ability to write sales decks, tear sheets and related collateral.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to write/edit marketing collateral, press releases, web content, internal communications, client success stories, and support development of thought leadership.

  • Successful performance in a matrixed environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while consistently delivering high quality results.

  • Proactive, detail oriented, flexible, and able to multi-task. Strong organizational skills, including project and budget management experience.

  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of web publishing tools. Familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts.

Education:

  • B.S. / B.A. preferred

Preferred:

  • Hands-on messaging/editorial experience is highly desirable, particularly related to conveying complex business issues and/or industry trends in a clear, concise, and impactful style.

  • Experience in software and product marketing strongly desired

  • Experience interfacing effectively with all levels of management in a work environment in which priorities were constantly shifting.

Work you'll do: As a Product Marketing Senior Associate, you will: * Work closely in conjunction with Senior Marketing Manager, Deloitte ASG leaders and extended marketing team to plan and execute a portfolio of marketing programs in support of the ASG products suite. * Work closely with colleagues in product management to support overall delivery excellence and marketing efforts across the Salesforce ASG product portfolio. * Help develop compelling product and solution positioning, messaging, value propositions that emphasize the impact of our solutions and products. * Help manage presence of Salesforce ASG product portfolio including dedicated web properties, asset-related content, and product updates/launches. * Manage and oversee the email campaign program: execute email distribution strategy, campaign scheduling, newsletter and Areas of Interest (AOI) support for ASG assets. * Develop internal and external collateral and other asset creation including presentations, solution sheets, videos, training tools, white papers, objection handling, FAQs and case studies for clients, sectors, and alliance partners. * Develop external facing marketing communication channels and tactics including social media, events, webinars, relevant website content. * Implement and manage marketing reporting solutions that demonstrate the effectiveness of our activities, and communicate results internally to the group and to senior management. * Provide reporting, benchmarks, and insight to Salesforce ASG asset teams to drive and influence future efforts. * Develop a KPI framework to measure marketing performance and create a dashboard to communicate performance to ASG leadership and key stakeholders. * Deliver actionable tactical insights to maximize marketing effectiveness and optimize ROI.
