Senior Marketing Manager, Real Estate Marketing - US, Canada and Israel at WeWork
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day Property and regional Marketing efforts for the Atlantic region*. As part of the US, Canada and Israel (USCI) Marketing team, the candidate will be a creative thought partner to the Atlantic Sales team and play a central role in translating the WeWork brand with our real estate industry partners. The role will support the Atlantic sales team in developing marketing plans and translating through local execution through a wide range of events, creative initiatives and various marketing tactics.
In coordination with the USCI Real Estate Marketing team, s/he is responsible for developing and executing on real estate asset-based marketing plans, general marketing efforts targeted at potential customers (ranging from small business to enterprise) and broker partners, as well as further driving broker and industry relationships. The Senior Marketing Manager will contribute to all Atlantic marketing and broker initiatives, as well as overseeing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional, with solid experience across online and offline channels, building and executing holistic awareness and acquisition strategies. The right candidate is a creative problem solver, insights/research driven, and has a good grasp on how to localize a global brand/product.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for all WeWork Atlantic region properties, as well as overseeing events and general marketing initiatives for the region in close collaboration with key counterparts (Demand Generation, Automation, Creative, Media, Analytics, Sales and GMs).
Assist sales team with development of marketing materials for building-specific marketing strategies
Partner with creative resources on localized marketing and advertising campaigns for the the market
Act as the Atlantic Real Estate Marketing liaison between Regional Marketing and Regional Sales teams to identify key marketing needs
Work with various stakeholders to understand the full market landscape and nuances of each territory, including: target audiences, competitors, key organizations/influencers, local media.
Manage frequent stakeholder interactions with Community and Sales teams, as well as a wide range of other functions, including Marketing and Public Affairs
Strategy and content for email marketing campaigns
Assist sales team on all initiatives to develop strategic partnerships with industry professionals/brokerage community
Partner with Real Estate Marketing Events team to plan and execute local events (internal and external) to grow brand awareness, program awareness, and strengthen relationships with real estate industry partners.
Lead all aspects of adopting global and national campaigns to local markets, including co-planning/integrated briefings with cross-functional teams.
Evangelizing/educating sales and GMs on the collective sales and marketing plans. Collaborate with Marketing Director on KPIs, budget, and forecasting.
Tailor creative and communication to fit with the market/target strategy/industry indexing across advertising assets and sales collateral.
Responsible for developing reporting: YTD monthly building progress, monthly spend tracking, recaps on initiatives rolled out
Experience and Requirements
Minimum 7 years' experience in real estate, marketing, project management, and events management or related field
Real estate marketing experience is a must
Willingness to be an independent worker and comfortable with frequent change in a fast-paced environment that is typical of an emerging company

The role will include frequent travel throughout the Atlantic region (East Coast) and to WeWork headquarters in New York.
