About the Role:

This position will act as a key role within the marketing team to own the Digital Marketing effort within OpenDrives. This will include, but not limited to: marketing campaigns, event support, SEO efforts, email marketing and webinar/demo support. The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate with Business Development Reps, Sales Reps, Product Management, Creative Services and Sales Management so cross functional capability and skills are a must. A successful Senior Manager will track, understand, and implement strategies informed by performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and to evaluate the ROI of different campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inbound and outbound content and campaign strategy, management, and implementation (whether campaign efforts are created internally or externally).

  • Develop, write, edit, and create branded, educational, thought leadership, product marketing, and existing customer campaigns.

  • Ensure alignment with Sales, Channel, and CX and work collaboratively to track which campaigns and marketing channels are most effective at generating qualified leads; adjusting as necessary.

  • Work closely with the Product team to create product marketing campaigns that highlight new products and solutions and deliver via the right marketing channels.

  • Work with the PR agency and other external Marketing and content vendors to ensure their efforts are cohesively aligned and represented in the Marketing campaign calendar, website, and events,

  • Coordinate tentpole events like NAB and IBC, ensuring booth deadlines are met and delivered, helping Sales to book more meetings.

  • Manage Company website and social media channels (Linkedin, You Tube, Vimeo) and the overall organic social media strategy development and execution, scheduling, monitoring content metrics and performance, and community engagement to increase brand visibility and audience engagement and number of followers.

Competencies and Skills:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following.

  • Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends and aligning corporate messaging to attract prospective customers

  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation, including effective writing and speaking skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices

  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends deriving from digital channels

  • Strong project management and managerial skills

  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends and how to leverage all digital channels

  • Experience in digital marketing, or a related field

  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research

  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data and deriving actionable insights

Education and Experience:

  • A degree in Marketing or Business preferred

  • 2-5 Years of Marketing experience, or related experience in technology

  • Proven leadership and ownership of project delivery, with proven success/KPIs

Pay Scale Disclaimer

The hiring base salary range for this role is $135,000.00- $150,000.00 USD annually.
