The Teladoc client landscape spans a number of diverse segments from Health Plans, and Employer clients, to smaller segments such as Resellers and Public / Labor Unions.
The Senior Marketing Manager of Member Engagement will be instrumental in shifting consumer behavior, from driving to the doctor to accessing quality care virtually. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketer to bring value to our US based Employer clients by delivering deep member engagement with Teladoc's products and services.
This is a key client facing role on the Member Engagement team. We are looking for a bold, innovative marketer who will challenge the status quo. The Senior Manager of Member Engagement must be a data-driven, member focused individual who will deliver value to our U.S. Employer clients through traditional and digital touchpoints.
What you will do:
Know our strategic clients, anticipate their needs and develop tailored, compelling member engagement plans and client tools to amplify the Teladoc Health continuum of care message to their populations.
Think creatively beyond what we have done historically, to build strategies rooted in customer insight, data and best practices.
Become the expert on market dynamics, consumer behaviors and trends to inform the right Member Engagement curriculum, tactics and the right media mix to break through the clutter in the US market.
Partner with Finance and Client Management to focus engagement resources, capabilities & investments on key economic segments and strategic clients
Work in lock step with the broader Member Engagement and PR teams to champion the development, deployment and testing of new campaign pilots and/or capabilities, support the sell-in to clients ensuring a smooth delivery and alignment with Teladoc and client objectives.
Adopt a test and learn discipline to deliver continuous growth.
Self-starter who is comfortable and can thrive with white space

A strong project manager with a rigorous approach to prioritization
Ability to inspire a cross functional team to bring to life his/her vision
Solid understanding of marketing principles in a B2B2C and a B2C environment
Nimble, agile, rolled up sleeves an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive change
A customer focused marketer with client facing experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience
A bachelor's degree is required
Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Strong collaborator who can build momentum with partners
Problem solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
Some travel is required
