ASA is currently seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to build and manage our corporate marketing strategy, including partner relationship management support. This role will act as a strategic marketing partner with cross-functional groups within the organization, developing strategic and tactical marketing plans and ensuring on-strategy execution of all corporate and partner marketing programming. This position will require strategic business and marketing planning experience and an understanding of best practices in brand management, print and digital communication and content marketing strategies.

Create and manage the strategic Corporate marketing plan centered around ASA's proprietary research/thought leadership across a variety of digital and traditional channels to reach targeted audiences. This includes working directly with the PR, Digital, Social Media, Partnerships, Advocacy, and Creative teams.
Develop and manage the partner marketing strategy and subsequent marketing campaigning to drive ASA's strategic objectives with existing partnerships and new partnerships as they are established.
Develop analytics framework for tracking and reporting on program efficacy, optimization efforts.
Develop, manage, and report on spend against the annual corporate and partner marketing budgets.
Partner with Creative to craft marketing briefs that challenge traditional thinking and stimulate innovative approaches to program design, delivery and activation.
Communicate and uphold ASA's brand in all marketing assets.
Manage the marketing collateral systems across Corporate, Partnerships, and Advocacy business units in support of ASA's Corporate brand development efforts, including development of new materials, updates to existing materials, and maintenance of digital and print repositories across the firm.
A Bachelor's Degree is required
