Responsible for developing, driving and implementing provider channel marketing strategy and programs, and for developing and overseeing the marketing plan for the provider channels
Designs and implements channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets
Utilizes data and provider insights to provide recommendations to drive channel distribution and market share
Responsible for leadership of large scale sales associate resources that engage with providers. Leads and manages of CRM provider sales associate application
Oversees day to day provider channel operations across geographies
Develops campaign strategy and branding to create and maintain high levels of provider engagement and to drive conversion, as well as card and Rx utilization
Reviews results of marketing programs, analyzes and suggests course corrections and/or opportunities. Measure ROI and KPIs and determine investment in initiatives on a daily basis
Monitors competition and deliver effective strategies and tactics to drive performance
3 years of Marketing or Sales experience with Healthcare providers, such as physician offices and hospital systems
3 years in healthcare B2B marketing roles
Experience in fast-paced, complex project management, and an ability to juggle shifting timelines and priorities
Experience in healthcare B2C marketing roles
Experience in end-to-end marketing campaign processes
Pharmaceutical sales management experience
Physician-related marketing experience
Demonstrates superior intellectual capacity and sound judgment to lead in changing and ambiguous environments; comfortable working in a highly-matrixed organization; ability to build relationships with people from diverse areas of the organization flawless delivery
Brings fresh ideas and new thinking to the management teamviews change opportunistically; energized and passionatecan persuasively sell ideas and concepts across an organization
