The AIG Funds Marketing team plays a critical role in supporting the needs and priorities of the Retail Mutual Funds business. Part of an award-winning team within AIG Life & Retirement, we are dedicated to delivering best-in-class marketing and communications results that help drive sales and position AIG Funds as a premier asset manager. In this role, you will have an opportunity to partner with key stakeholders across the organization and make a significant contribution to our growth and success.
The primary purpose of the job is to support the marketing needs of the organization, assisting with the execution, production and delivery of high impact, results-driven campaigns and materials. This position is charged with aligning closely with constituents to support business initiatives and priorities, contributing to the achievement of sales and revenue goals, and positively promoting AIG Funds as an industry leader.

Assist in the development, execution, and measurement of marketing strategies and activities
Assume a lead role in the maintenance of existing sales literature and digital assets
Manage projects and processes to maintain efficiencies and successfully meet deliverables
Engage in copywriting, editing, and proofreading across a broad range of marketing materials
Ensure that all communications meet corporate, brand, and compliance/legal standards, as well as financial regulatory requirements
What we are looking for
Direct working experience in a similar financial services marketing role
Relevant experience in the development and maintenance of marketing materials/campaigns
Understanding of marketing principles, value propositions, target audiences and distribution channels
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and website content management
Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, mutual funds and asset classes
Proficiency in desktop programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
