About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to measure the effectiveness of Marketing spend across FanDuel Group. The successful applicant will build and manage marketing mix models, and use them to optimize return on ad spend.

What you'll do

  • Work with agencies, vendors and in-house data engineers to source and manage all the data elements required for marketing mix modelling and channel attribution

  • Partner with Marketing Tech, CRM and Ad Ops teams to ensure proper tag management

  • Audit marketing data for quality and completeness, tracking and closing out issues as they arise

  • Develop and manage mix models to report on effectiveness of campaigns across all our products

  • Run simulations to inform and optimize marketing spend mix for ongoing and upcoming campaigns, and to address specific questions from Marketing, Finance and Commercial teams

  • Create tools and models to generate actionable insights on Marketing campaigns

  • Ad-hoc analytic support Marketing and Commercial teams

Who we're looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a hands-on analytics or data-centric role, including 2 years measuring Marketing effectiveness

  • Experience creating and managing models for marketing mix and channel attribution

  • Familiarity with on and off-line marketing data

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - demonstrable track record of influencing marketing strategy through your insights

  • Experience working with teams and colleagues in other countries and time zones

  • Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R

  • Interest in Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Gaming

  • Degree in a quantitative field preferred

The CX Insights Senior Analyst to lead our Service Feedback Program focused on driving the bank's client-centric growth and competitiveness through deep client data insights and analytics. The CX Insights Senior Analyst will design a holistic feedback program to drive insights related to our clients' service experience. This role spans all sources of client feedback -- including surveys, client interaction data & and client usage data. This role will create and execute a plan to develop key capabilities and processes, and manage a data-driven understanding of the client experience across touchpoints, providing both continuous and ad-hoc client insights services in support of enterprise and business segment client experience strategy and initiatives. In addition, this role will build a Center of Excellence for our voice & text analytics technology. Design the strategy and timelines for our service feedback program * a. Collaborate with service partners to define a holistic service feedback strategy * b. Define CX performance metrics for our service experiences * c. Create a roadmap for launching various existing and new feedback channels for service insights * 2. Implement & launch various technologies to support insights & action * a. IVR / Qualtrics integration to trigger surveys * b. Tethr / Qualtrics integration to share feedback with partner teams * c. Tethr & Qualtrics Dashboards, Automated Alerts, etc. * d. Work with groups across the organization to develop processes and protocols for integrating data across multiple sources * 3. Generate insights using analytic tools * a. Identify impactful use cases for service experience insights via our newly implemented unstructured voice and text analytics provider Tethr * b. Lead survey analytics for Service-related survey programs, including year-over-year comparisons, regression/driver analysis * c. Text analytics, including creating categorization structures * d. Interaction & operational data analytics focused on service-related interactions * 4. Package insights into digestible stories leveraging dashboard & presentation tools * 5. Present service experience insights to a range of audiences * 6. Assess new data sources for service insights WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Must-Have* * 4-Plus Years in Problem Solving using Business Analysis and Data Analysis tools and techniques * 4-Plus Years with Excel and/or similar data manipulation and analysis tools (such as Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, PowerBI, SPSS, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Python) * 3-Plus Years of experience in Project Management Skills and Knowledge * Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and collaboratively in an atmosphere of multiple projects and small teams * Hands-on ability to conduct analytic exercises including experience with research and survey tools (Qualtrics, Tethr, SPSS, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Excel) * Knowledge and experience working with CRM and Martech solutions such as Salesforce, Adobe, etc. * Experience working with banking and/or wealth management firms as employee and/or in a consulting capacity * The ideal candidate will possess depth and breadth of practical expertise in client insights/data analytics, research methods/best practices, and client experience technology solutions. * Superior communication skills -- written, powerpoint, in-person, with ability to explain data insights findings and "what it means" in a concise and easy to digest manner * Exceptional analytical skills and problem solving capabilities * Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and collaboratively in an atmosphere of multiple projects and small teams * Excellent organization and prioritization skills * Demonstrated knowledge of performance metrics reporting, scorecards and dashboarding * Data visualization experience and know-how * Ability to thrive in a test-and-learn agile environment * To be considered for this position you must meet at least these basic qualifications The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
